Playte is the brainchild of Sharina & Brendon, who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute. They were once classmates and now turned into best friends. After years in the gastronomy field independently, the duo decided to come together to form Playte.

The idea of Playte came from (PLAY) the passion for experimenting and exploring new textures and tastes while (PLATE) understanding the fundamental of food and experience.
